Work

Draftball

A zero-to-one fantasy soccer app for the Premier League, from napkin sketch to revenue with 4,000+ daily active users.

As the founder and head of product, I raised six-figure financing and was responsible for all design, from its reimagined gameplay to all user flows to revenue stream.

Case Study: Player Comparison Tool

Helping users make informed transfer decisions by transforming misleading raw stats into scannable, contextual visualizations.

Johnson Controls – Connected Workflows

I led product design on Connected Workflows, consolidating 26 disparate legacy tools into a cloud-based web app (Connected Workflows Dashboard) and the mobile companion, Connected Workflows Application, Johnson Controls’ first native mobile app. on.

This project required extensive cross-functional collaboration, deep technical understanding, and a user-centered approach to simplifying decades-old workflows for project managers, field technicians, and installers working in challenging real-world conditions.

Case Study: Security Theater + Friction ≠ Quality

Sometimes good design work doesn’t ship. But we can still glean some important lessons from the process.

Other work

Documentation in-progress. In the meantime, I’m happy to chat about the many products I’ve helped build! Here are a few:

  • Connected Workflows + Element Design System

Unified design patterns for a consistent experience across a suite of 26 Building Management Systems tools Full case study in progress.

  • Metasys UI Modernization

Streamlined building management workflows for Johnson Controls’ flagship product, used in 40,000+ buildings and critical environments worldwide.

    Metatsys UI
  • Draftball

I couldn’t find a decent fantasy PL app so I raised six-figure funding, designed user flows, managed development teams, and talked to thousands of paying users, and built my own.
